As you know, good nutrition is essential to your general health. It's even more so when you want to heal.
Whether it's after an operation, a period of acne or oozing eczema that leaves its mark.
What should you eat?
Here's some advice :
Our advices
Eat a healthy diet
Don't neglect protein: a protein deficiency affects the healing process. You need to ingest protein at every meal.
Choose foods that are sources of zinc, iron and vitamins,
A dose of good carbohydrates to help your body fight inflammation (flours, cereals, pulses).
A dose of lipids rich in vitamin E and omega 3 and 6. These help to form skin cells and improve skin quality (rapeseed oil, wheat germ, nuts, eggs, oily fish).
And a good dose of vegetables and fruit for vitamins (oranges rich in vitamin A, green vegetables rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and red vegetables rich in flavonoids).
Taking care of your skin's surface area
To help the skin on the surface, you can use Relax isotonic, which contains no fragrance or preservatives and is rich in seawater to provide the minerals and trace elements needed for proper metabolic reactions (zinc, iron, magnesium, silicon).
Apply morning and evening to the scar(s) to reduce inflammation and encourage cell regeneration. Depending on the area and the condition of the scar, you can also apply Circulate, a mistletoe and seawater treatment to promote blood circulation.
Keeping well hydrated
Drinking well is also crucial to good healing, as water cleanses the body and eliminates toxins and organic waste via the kidneys. This will relieve and soothe the rest of the body, which will be able to function more optimally to boost healing.
This care product with mistletoe has been specially designed for treatment of varicose veins and unsightly veins.
